My work includes New Homes in town and on farm lot/property's, Dual Occupancy's both attached and detached on town lots - on farm dwellings and ancillary structures, urban & township dual occupancy's, multi-dwelling housing, townhouses and holiday dwellings, alterations and additions both residential and commercial and many other commercial, ski fields buildings and local government buildings.

Additions and Alterations - 45 Rainbow Drive, Tyrolean Village - House renovations incl. large deck, carport and general remodel and transformation of a transportable home and grounds. (2020)

New Home -16 Girvin Place, East Jindabyne - 3 bedrooms , two storey dwelling lightweight construction with locally compliant sustainability indexed performance via Basix SEPP and local Tyrolean Village DCP requirements.

New Ski Lodge- Smugglers Inn - Smiggin Holes - A knock-down-rebuild of an existing club lodge creating a commercial operation with the new three level design in Kosciuszko National Park.
