We can now prepare the necessary Architect drawings and plans, finalising compliances & building sustainability requirements & certification, building code needs, access needs, parking and landscaping needs - and coordinating lodgement for DA, CC or CDC assessment & approval.

It's all about obtaining building approvals expiditiously.

All the necessary detail architectural, structural, civil engineering, landscaping, Statement of Environmental Effects, Building sustainability, Building Code Compliances etc etc.

We compile and make the lodgements and obtain the consents on your behalf.

During the process of assessment be it, Development Applicatio (DA), Construction Certificate (CC) and/or Complying Development Certificate (CDC), - and be it through Council or a Private Certifier, we can monitor the process and apply and specific needs that arise during this assessment period.

Once approvals are in place and issued valid - further timing considerations now come into play.

Conditions of consent need to be reviewed and their impact considered in respect of the overall project costs.
